• Secured Loans: These loans require collateral, commonly property but also assets, to secure the loan. A general benefit here is lower rates due to the risk being lower to the lender.

• Arranged Business Overdraft: An agreed limit and term, with interest only charged for the amount you borrow over the term that it is drawn down. – This can reduce debt servicing costs where your credit profile makes this a viable option.  It also mitigates those months where cash hasn’t been received on time giving the business more liquidity on hand.  

• Revolving Credit Facility (RCF): Similar to an overdraft, a pre-approved credit limit that you can draw from as needed, paying interest only on the funds used .

• Merchant Cash Advance (MCA): Uses the regular income from debit/credit card transactions to support a business loan - Repayments are an agreed % of ongoing card transactions in the business.

• Short Term VAT / Corporation Tax Loans: These loans have terms of 12-52 weeks where businesses need to manage cash flow instead of settling them in full up front.

• Growth Guarantee Scheme (GGS): The GGS replaces previous government support loan schemes and provides funding options for businesses - The scheme has a limit of £10 million per company or £30 million per group:
